Who pays for this guide

Three links, one page

Of the links on the home page, three are paid, and each one is marked with the Ad label. The menu holds one of them. Another is set inside a block that follows the first screen directly, and the third stands near the page's end.

The three share a single online casino partner as their destination, and the site receives a commission from that partner. Because that partner may change, it goes unnamed on this page. The guide does not run as a casino: there are no accounts to open and no bets to place.

Inner pages carry no paid links. Each casino page, with its week read hour by hour, has none.

What the partner is not

A private online casino is where the paid links go. That site is not PlayNow, and the province does not operate or license it. BCLC, the IGCO and all nine casinos in this guide are not connected to it in any way.

None of the provincial protections apply there. On that site, a BC resident gets no PlayNow limits, and the IGCO cannot take complaints. BC gaming facilities and PlayNow.com fall under a Game Break agreement, but private online casinos sit outside it. Free help is available 24/7 from Gambling Support BC at 1-888-795-6111.

What is never paid

This site takes no money from casinos, BCLC, PlayNow or help services. No payment is ever made for links to casino pages or to help services either.

Hours are not for sale. Each panel follows the hours a room publishes, and where a closing time is left open, the guide marks the hours after midnight as not stated. No room is ranked above another, and a room open longer is not marked as better. Grand Villa Casino Burnaby, the room in Burnaby, gets the same treatment as the other eight.
